If it's frozen then heated it should be used within 2 hours or refrigerated within 30 min

@rfsteele, I pumped it and than gave it to her right away but than she only had an ounce and than fell asleep. She's exclusively breastfed so I was trying to give her the bottle. She only took an ounce though. But how long in room temp? Or does it have to be refrigerated right away?

It should last 5 hours at room temperature since it's fresh. I was told the rule 555. 5 hours at room temperature, 5 days in fridge and 5 months in freezer.
