PPD sucks....I never expected things to feel this bad😞 the doctor at the hospital told me give it two weeks and if the anxiety and depression isn't gone I need to call my doctor. I'm scared to because I'm terrified they'd take my baby. They won't do that right? I'm not feeling suicidal at all, just very alone and sad and I worry constantly. 😞

This is totally normal, as long as you aren't having feelings of hurting your baby or yourself.
Talk to your doctor, meds are so helpful! PPD is very common though most women don't talk about it. My daughter is 8 mo. I experienced exactly what you are describing for about 1-2 months. When I am super overwhelmed the feelings come back, but have greatly improved as she has gotten older. You are doing great and this is okay!
Here, check this out: these ladies talking about ppd is fantastic. And good for a little laugh as well. But totally on point!

@beebaby, @frankiesmommy, ok thank you guys πŸ˜ͺ I'm just worried they'd think I was unfit or something. I'll be making an appointment here soon to talk about what to do. Before I got pregnant I was on Effexor and it helped, hopefully I can do something like that and it'll work

It is completely normal to have these feelings. Hormones are causing problems too. I suffered with PPD and saw a counselor through my insurance. Best decision I ever made.
