I used the "potty time" app. It has a timer, games, and other stuff. I also made a sticker chart. He gets 1 sticker for pee 2 stickers for poo. When the chart was filled up he got to pick a prize from the "potty prize" bucket. These where things I got from the dollar store that I knew he would like. We did this constantly for almost 2 months.

potty trained the little boy I nanny for by singing songs and making a game out of it. throw a cheerio in the pot and tell him to aim and shoot! lol

@nickzz, he also got to pick out his stickers. We made it a BIG thing. Here's a picture of him winning his first prize. I changed the chart after because it only took 2 days for him to fill up the chart (going every 45 min will tally up quick). So I made more boxes on the other charts.
