What do you do when you don't have a reliable/dependable babysitter anymore?....do you quit your job…

@desi720 I feel you. I had a lot to loose but unfortunately my baby sitter was unreliable. Would not come most days. I had to call out twice and my husband had to call out 4 times. She was going to cost one of us our jobs and it was better me then him because he got paid more. We hit a rough patch but it had to be done.

If anything let them let you go and you can collect. Not condoning unemployment but when push comes to shove some times you have no choice.
