My son at 7 months was eating what we were eating. Now at 9 months he eats everything. We had meatloaf and sweet potato wedges last night. Look in to baby led weaning.
@valrocks, awww look him eating like a big boy ! Lol 😍😍😍 I been giving him regular food also , but he so picky it's awful ! I always wanted to know about stage 3 food , lol

Sounds about right. Some babies eat table food at 9 months

I don't know about stages. The only thing I did was delayed meats till 8 months.
