Been there done that! It's tough, I know, it may not seem like it now, but it does get easier. Sleep when she does, seriously. Right now that and eating is most important. Do you have anyone to help? Premake some food and snacks that you can easily get to when you're hungry. Anything you can do quickly at the beginning of her nap, like brushing your teeth or grabbing a quick snack, do it. Then sleep.
@landynsmomma2016, Motherhood is sinking in. Im not eating, not sleeping, im lucky if i get to shower/ brush my teeth. Its all just starting to get to me. And a colicky baby w/ reflux doesnt make it any easier.
Before they can create a candle the wax has to be melted down and put into a mold. From that the candle smells wonder and is beautiful. So don't worry hun this melt down is just making you an even stronger person :)
