I feel like crap🤒 what can I take for a cold n sore throat being pregnant

my Dr approved Tylenol head and cold.

I never take anything only hot water with lemon and honey. Also pour down your throat spoonful of honey let it run down.

tylenol sinus does me wonders for any kind of head thing. but sore throat only if allery related.

I took Sudafed! I had a sore throats and coughing.
