Yes I brought a bag for my husband and I and a separate diaper bag for my baby. It was easier for me to find her little things in there that way. The hospital gave me lots of samples and papers to take home so It was nice to have that extra bag to put all that kind of stuff in too.
Yes absolutely! I didn't use anything in it except our wipes, the clothes/hats/socks, blankets and burprags. but the main thing I would suggest is to make sure & have like 4 or 5 outfits packed for baby. We packed 2 & that was not enough! I had to send my SO home for more clothes for her! Lol
LOL WELL we were not aware they were going to have us supplementing with a syringe/tiny tube in the corner of her mouth while breastfeeding. Anything she was wearing would get soaked from leaking breastmilk out of the corner of her little mouth. Yes, we had special circumstances where she was much smaller in size, but perfect in every other aspect. I was merely offering some advice from my perspective, and suggesting that MAYBE things won't go as planned & it's nice to feel prepared. I apologize if any "tone" is assumed in my saying so, but I didn't take kindly to @raquely, starting her commented in response to mine with "Lol." Felt as if I was having my intelligence questioned for the decision we made, or that I was being scoffed at. EVERY MOTHER EVERY BABY EVERY HOSPITAL is different. My hospital only provided diapers, no wipes. Just sayin. Have a nice day all! 👋
