I'm starting to feel so hopeless - every time I go out somewhere I start to get anxiety followed by hot flashes, light headedness, feeling faint, & almost passing out until I can sit alone and calm myself down. My doctor says it's just anxiety attacks & anemia but it's been happening for over a few months now and I've been taking my iron supplement. I'm just so upset, I couldn't even sit and get my nails done because I almost fainted.

This happened to me so often trough out my pregnancy! I guess it's normal, but it was so horrible): I had to just put up with it.

Yes it did! But I understand what you're going though. At one point my husband thought I was regretting getting pregnant because of all the complaining I did on how I felt😷 because my first two pregnancies were fine. My doctor told my to drink coffee when I felt light headed. She said the caffein helps.

@xochitlquiroz6, my tummy is too sensitive for coffee :( but maybe I'll try drinking a little soda when I feel faint. Thanks for your advice!

Happened to me twice already 😓 I only experienced it once in my first pregnancy then it went away after I had my baby.. and now it already happened twice with this baby, It's no fun..
