My boyfriend apologized for not asking me and is taking me to dinner in return but he didn't know how to say no apparently. They've been friends for 13years

He said once March hits he's out but I don't believe that 😡 we live 30minutes outside of town. This guy doesn't drive and doesn't have a job!
