Go for a really long walk! I wasn't having any contractions or any signs of labor at 39 weeks. I went for a walk and did a massage chair and the next day I had a baby

No, please do not use Castor oil. that can cause baby to go into distress. my mom used it with me and I had to be an emergency c section and had to be resuscitated. I've never had a doctor or midwife recommend it.
