So me and my sons dad was playing around and I ended up breaking his nose by accident and now I have a domestic violence on my record now cause he tried having me arrested tonight for accidentally hitting him and the cops didnt believe my story. This sucks bad 😢😔

You may be able to get that off your record if you and your sons dad can get on good enough terms to convince the judge it was an accident and won't happen again. My sister called the cops on me when we got into a fight last year but because she hit me first she was the one who got a ticket for assault. We had to go in front of a judge and I told her I wasn't pressing charges and I wasn't going to fight with her again so they removed it from her record.

how does some "accidentally" break a nose... had to be playing pretty rough. and if he's out to get you and take the kid, I kinda doubt it was accidental. I know if my child father was trying to take my child from me it'll be more than his nose getting broke.

I would call him a puss. Honestly if a man has to call the police on a woman for hitting him accidentally or not he isnt a real man. Where I am from though men are tough. But seriously if it was accidental he had a plan from the start. When you go in tell the judge the truth and dont change your story. You change the story in the slightest and you will be considered a liar. You need to remember full details and write it down. Think about a lawyer too. Because this can ruin your record. If this is a first offence you will get off easier. But lets get this off your record. Maybe get a recording of him admitting it is horse play.
