Going to make something up for dinner tonight... I have smoked sausage, a head of cauliflower, carrots, onion and cabbage... might do a cheesy veggie sausage bake🤔... I really want smoked sausage, black bean chili thing over rice... but my daughter can't handle the tomatoes in it... she just now can handle cheese... so we are exploring those options! lol I think it will be tasty!
