Not an happy bunny had back ache for a few hours now but its getting a lot more intense and painful…

Have you tried a water bottle Hun or a soak in the bath? xx

Back ache is common especially towards the end of pregnancy so I doubt the midwifes could suggest or do anything. Try & relax when you can (hard as you have 2 other kids I see!) Radox baths, warm wheat bag. Lots of pillows to support your back. I had bad back ache, worse second pregnancy I guess where my muscles had loosened & not the same again!

The pains have eased off loads now 😌 my mum thinks it could of been baby moving head down cause a lot of the pain i was getting was when she was pushing about so fingers crossed thats what it was x

yeh @sara-lou i told rob there was no point ringing midwifes they just didnt seem like contractions and kept coming and going and lasting seconds a time so theyd of only told me to keep an eye on it anyway no doubt x

Yeh usually once your having them every 5mins for a while or waters break they'd have you in. I had braxton Hicks on/off in second pregnancy but my labour did start off with dull back ache but then my waters broke lol

Think im just a bit more on edge with this pregnancy cause i think shes still breech so im petrified of going into labour before we no for certain what position shes in but its eased now so it probably was just her moving or braxton hicks x

@happychamp16, oh no!! It's this horrible weather! Drinks lots of fluid and try getting as much rest as possible. Hope you get well soon xx
