OMG....my daughter fell off her changing table just as I turned to get her a bib. I am so hurt right now 😭😭😭 She appears to be okay but what do I look for? There has been no change in her behavior, pupils aren't dilated and I feel NO bumps on the back of her head. I can't believe this happened. I read stories about this and I said to myself "i won't let that happen" and then it does😭😭😭

Awwww don't beat your self up. They move so quickly that you can literally blink and they will be on the floor. We knew being a mom was hard but somebody should have told us to sign up for super women camp first 😹😹😹😹

You do have a belt that buckles?! It usually is attached to the changing table pad

@heidicastaneda4414 yea but if she was buckled in, the pad will have fallen off the table with her...it wouldn't have done anything. It was my fault.....shouldn't have left her for the split second it took me to turn around for a bib.

Oh yours isn't attached to the table? Oh wait nvm my husband self screwed ours to the dresser! Don't blame yourself things happen.

@heidicastaneda4414 no, it isn't attached which is one thing i hate about the changing table we have. there is NO where to attach it and believe me, when i first put the changing table on it, i was looking like where the hell does this attach!?!? but it was given to us...so it was one less thing we didn't have to buy. these things happens but man, it was a terrible feeling. i still feel bad. if i can prevent it, it will not happen again!

Oh mama I'm sorry. Babies falling happens a lot. My daughter flipped off my bed because I looked away for a second and it scared the crap out of me. She was crying which was good. She turned out to be fine.

@firstbaby_girl it's okay now. she cried for like 10 mins and to be honest, i just wanted her to keep crying. does that make sense? she was back to her normal self right after settling down. but my heart was broken 😭😭😭 cried for hours. i can't imagine anything hurting her!! i would do ANYTHING for my lil mamas!
