So I haven't been on much lately, I've been battling ppd and anxiety for the past two weeks. I'm slowly on the mend and trying to find myself again but I miss my friends from here 😩
Anyways, just wanted to show off Luca growing up on me! He slept thru the whole night last night and woke up around 7:45 for a bottle then went back to sleep until 10:30 😁 everyone says I'm crazy for wanting him to sleep less and play more but I really do hope he starts waking up more to play during the day ^_^

I'm sorry you've been struggling mama. I feel like I've been on the brink of depression sometimes too with my son's colic. It's the WORST. It's maddening when he cries for hours on end and nothing I do eases it. Just reach out and talk about it with people. You can always PM me if you'd like! I've dealt with bipolar disorder since 14. So I know how bad depression sucks. ❤️

Thank you ^_^ he is starting to change, he used to be my Hubby's twin but I definitely see the resemblance we share now ^_^ & ive been talking my husbands ear off since my first mini meltdown/panic attack. He has been very understanding and helps me out with our son whenever I can't do it. I'm going to the dr today to see if there is any kind of anxiety medicine that would help me out @hiswifetheirmama, & @levismom, mine started with panic attacks over the fear of the unknown and it has escalated to depression because I just can't shake this god awful anxiety!😩 I lose my appetite, I am exhausted 24/7, I will randomly break out in heavy tears and my chest will hurt. I feel like I'm just watching my life go by without really participating in it ☹️ I miss being happy and enjoying Luca but it has definitely been a hard couple of weeks. I never thought I would be wanting medicine but I just can't seem to shake this lingering feeling. I try praying and reading my bible but it's not working this time.

Sometimes medicine helps temporarily. I used to be on a 750mg cocktail. I lost my insurance and therefore lost my meds. So I did pray. I asked God to help me cope. He took it away. Keep talking to God and praying.

@levismom, yeah I was able to overcome this when I was 19 when I really had a relationship with God. I fell away and did my own thing last year so after having my son I was totally unprepared for the attack on my mind. I was prescribed a low dose of meds to help level myself out. I really hope they can help me focus and not obsess over things I cannot control
