Does anyone back hurt after having an epidural.. it's been 6 years since I've had mine. But the past 2 years have been really bad. :( what do you guys do to help it?

okay ive been trying to dialate since im only 1 1/2 centimeters so ive been walking the past two nights and bounced on a ball any other ideas

Today I have been trying not to stress. The past 2 days have been hell for me. I'm trying to keep my mind clear for my son and my unborn. The things that have been going on the past 2 days have been absolutely unreal. Please pray for my family & I.
