@asunaking15 it does worry me when I wake up and I'm in a different spot, because I don't remember moving, I guess my body knows more then what I thought.
@izzysmommy2017 I try to put pillows and rolled up covers behind me, so if I am on my back, I'm usually at an angle. Perhaps the same method would work for you?
@pixi3mama its a little bit of both.. I'm so use to sleeping on my tummy that in the middle of the night I wake up and I'm having to roll over really fast because Im on it.. it's hard to sleep on my back and side. If I laybon my back to long my lower back starts to hurt.
@izzysmommy2017 Thanks. I did have to read a few articles to feel a little better about it. I tend to hurt more sometimes if I sleep on my sides....leg/hip pain
@pixi3mama @izzysmommy2017 @avie @mommierene worrying is the job however your mother instincts will click in on everything as far as sleeping on your back it is hard not to but your body has it's way of telling you, you need to roll over and sometimes it might freak you out that you woke up on your back but all is fine
@pixi3mama, I totally understand that feeling. Online they do say don't sleep this way or that way but ultimately if you're not in pain the baby isn't. If you feel congested or your breathing gets short when you're on your back that's when you need to roll over. I wouldn't worry to much mama unless your doctor insists its bad 😌
