I use monkey butt or butt paste for severe diaper rash... but the only other thing you could do is sit her in an oatmeal bath and when she's drying let her sit in a towel for an extra half hour to hour to air dry longer without a diaper. I also use baby powder to keep my little one extra dry and to prevent rashes
