i got pregnant like 4 weeks after my baby was born & my body is not adjusting well

At least 6 months to a year. People will say that they got pregnant right away and everything was fine but there's a huge risk of uterine rupture and a ton of other complications if it's too soon. And the 6 months to a year is Dr recommended
