I have always gotten bad migraines but I don't think the hormones are helping because I haven't had one in a couple of weeks & it doesn't help I can't take anything but Tylenol. This shit is killing me! I'll try that! Thanks! @ecahanes

ask your ob. i had them bad and they gave me a mix of excedrin and like advil and it worked so good!

Shit ton of saline spray and ice pack helps its most likely hormones though
