you can never go wrong with shopping at thrift stores for baby clothes and receiving blankets/burp rags. yeah its used but half the clothes i bought my son before the baby shower was from the thrift store plus its way cheaper

plus theres a lot of cute stuff

same happened to me.. i took it as the people who did not show obviously were not meant to be in me and babies life... just go shop and get wgat u need.. u will be surprised how short of a time you LO will need stuff.. Dont let anyone take away from your happiness. ..

Same thing happened to me at my shower. I got a bunch of big summer clothes for my daughter and she was born in November. And I got a bunch of size 2 and 3 diapers. Everything I took back and exchanged for stuff she needed when she first got here!!! But there's a few Facebook pages that give stuff for free or if you know anyone that has kids they may offer you hammy downs (which are the best in my opinion)
