let him be in baby life without forcing him to pay child support. see what happens.

That is more important to your child than any dollar. And if he can't pay and goes to jail... that only hurts your child and I don't mean financially. Just let daddy be a daddy and chalk that up to a real win and the best thing for your baby! Sounds like if baby needs anything, the daddy will makes he has it. Good luck! Peace and love!!

Maybe he really doesn't have the money. He's still trying to be a good dad though & that's what matters the most.
