There is a supplement my lactation consultant had me take... mine was not a csection... but she came at 33 weeks so my body was not quite ready yet... it worked wonders! I highly suggest it to all breastfeeding moms

@ppb14pj16, you can get them at Whole Foods, but my hospital has a small store where they sell things at cost... so I buy them from the hospital, it's literally like half price! I also think you can get them online
