menstural like cramps down left side been happening for about half hr now

Are they regular hun, maybe it's worth ringing a midwife or the maternity unit they might want to check you over x

it just been constant for about half hour x

Ring up see what they say hun, they might want you to come in, it could be nothing just the way your baby is laying but better to just make sure x

To me it's sounds like early labour but I can't say for sure as everyone is different, you're really better off ringing them and see what they say Hun x
