I've been getting really bad cramps in my vagina all day today. :( is this normal or cause for alarm? I had an episiotomy if that makes a difference. or is it just normal after childbirth?

cramping is completely normal. you'll be cramping for a while especially if you're nursing... it's the uterus slowly trying to get back to its original size
