I didn't have one at all but I had a party for both.

I didn't. My kids are 13 months apart. So there wasn't much I needed other than clothes and girly things. I have a boy and a girl. Hurt my feeling that no thought to do anything for my second baby. My suggestion is if no one plans one for you do it yourself. You do something special for you and your new bundle of joy.
