pregnant on the Mirena? I got the Mirena two months ago and am due for my period in 2 days but no cramps or period pains. I had some spotting for one day last week and it all kinda feels like when I got pregnant with my daughter. testing tomorrow but wasn't sure if anyone has gotten pregnant on an iud?

You can but it's not to common you can just stop you period completely or just have months when you spot 
I have Mirena and I don't get a normal period and I spot every other month

It is common not to have periods with Mirena, you may also get random spotting months and months apart.

I stopped getting a period with mine so that could be a possibility for you. I've had two mirenas and never had a problem.
