Got me an egg and Swiss sandwich with fresh spinach, tomato sofrito, and cilantro hummus on tomato basil bread for breakfast from Panera. Has a really tasty Mediterranean taste to it. For a healthier option it'd be best to just get our Mediterranean egg white but I love the whole egg, yolk nd all.
