My son is 11 months old, exclusively breastfed, no bottles, all me. I'm 30 and he is my only child so this is my first year as a mom and I feel like I can never get it together lol. I'm a SAHM and having a hard time sticking to routines, bedtime, getting chores done or getting out of the house alone with him. I never go anywhere unless my husband is home to help because I get stuck in the breastfeed, meal time, nap, cycle. Any suggestions on how to stick to a schedule and getting out of the house with baby?

sometimes you just have to sacrifice some duties for others. after feedings ill just pack up and get out! getting out is like a bandaid just gotta do it lol

I was doing the same thing, not leaving the house cuz baby needs a nap at a certain time, but we've recently just have been going out regardless of what time baby has to nap and she's been napping while we're out!
Haven't yet been able to go out to dinner with her yet. My anxiety of her crying in a restaurant is too high. 😣
