My anxiety lately has been through the roof and I'm kind of unsure why. It's hasn't bothered me…

I developed pretty bad anxiety during pregnancy. I had a history of depression before pregnancy but rarely ever got anxiety. The surge of hormones definitely caused that. even though it's not "normal" it's totally normal. I 100% recommend talking to your doctor though. It will get worse if you don't seek out some sort of help! but bottom line is just remember you were born to do this, it will come natural and you're gonna make an amazing momma!

I'm actually going to the doctor today so I'm gonna finally talk to her about everything! It's just difficult not being able to take my meds. I wasn't taking even Tylenol bc I wanted to be "prescription and otc free" but it's probably not good if I'm stressing, I don't want to stress my little guy out. And thanks so much. Sometimes a little reassurance and such goes a long way. ☺ @sarahbelle,

@alekais_mommy, Just know that you're not alone! I stopped taking ALL of my medication as soon as I found out about being pregnant, dealt with the withdrawals, and struggled all throughout my pregnancy! Since I am breastfeeding, I have to continue without medication, and it is one of the most difficult things I've ever had to do! I absolutely HATE myself for getting frustrated and impatient with my sweet baby boy, but I know it is the lack of medication that makes it so unbearable at times! They make life worth it though, through all the struggles! ♡

Thank you for that. Definitely needed to hear it. And I plan to breastfeed as well. I try to stick to the positives bc yeah, it sucks without my meds but at the same time I know that I'm making a choice for my baby. I don't even like to take Tylenol lol. @mandi.marie,
