@aliakr, @1xmom, I'm really not sure. I usually just breast feed, not any pumping because she was nursing so much I couldn't hardly get anything! But I've been trying to drink more water, eat oatmeal and I also ordered some milkin' cookies from amazon to help. You should totally try them! I also can only really pump when she sleeps for awhile so I really couldn't believe it either!
I've been In the hospital an not able to nurse as much or pump since I've been on heavy pain medicine. so I think that's why I'm having such a low supply.. @taryn.jolly
