that's the worst allergy reaction, I would say take her to the ER bc it could cut off her breathing entirely on the other hand it may not progress any worse. I'd play it safe and go in tho

@geekymomma13 I'm worried she will because this is her first time eating bananas but she ate them like an hour and a half ago and isn't showing any symptoms of anything so I think she's okay. I'm just scared she will have one while I'm sleeping.

I have a peanut allergy so I actually have had this happen. as long as her breathing isn't labored or stopped I would say its been long enough since that it likely won't happen or it would've already. as time goes on and as its digested the symptoms fade and disappear all together , but I would check on her regularly just to be sure

also ask you're pediatrician about benadryl or an allergy medicine for babies if it exists bc often times ppl, even me at 24 can have accidents.

@lumos.nox it's almost been 3 hours. she seems fine. I did 3 days of sweet potatoes then started bananas. I won't do this again trust me! it'll always start in the am. I didn't even think about it then I freaked myself out 😂

@sabby she loves them both! so far nothing bad has happened. I have also set my alarm for every hour to make sure she's okay! 😂😂
