smh....that's ALL I got from 20 minutes of pumping from the side she hasn't eaten from since 330am....like 5 hrs ago. I just want to cry. now I feel like I'm starving my child because she'd never eat for 20 minutes so what is she only getting like an ounce a feeding?!?! Def starting the tea today...but omg I'm so mad...she's only 3wks..STRICTLY breastfed...how could my supply just drop like this?! I used to be able to get like 4oz a side if they were full. they never even feel "full" anymore. 😣😯😟😡😡

Babies get more than the pump does. Don't be too discouraged mama. Use the tea, I have a couple other tricks up my sleeve if you're interested. When Owen was hospitalized for 2 weeks my supply was pretty much gone. Now he's strictly breastfed.

Pump output isn't an indication of supply. Some people don't react well to a pump. Normal output is .5-2 oz from both. They go through growth spurts every 3 weeks and it makes them eat more to ramp up your supply so that it's ready for when they're bigger. Trust your body. Talk to La Leche League, you're doing great.

Also don't panic about not feeling full. Your supply is regulating, you don't want to always feel full.
