we've been living in this apartment for like 3 months now and we just keep finding everything wrong with it like mold and the ceiling and wall have water damage etc. its frustrating because we have no money to move we're stuck here and I'm due in like 4 weeks I don't want to bring my baby into this place knowing everything is just going wrong everything is just frustrating :(

Talk with a lawyer. If you're finding mold, that is a health hazard. You can break the lease if they're not maintaining the property. I know it would suck to move, but it's not worth yours, or your baby's health.

@inkedmomma i told my baby's father that they could get in trouble for that because they are suppose to make sure everything is fine before someone moves in but I don't think he really cares and its annoying because it really bothers me that the owner didn't make sure everything was OK before we moved in its more irritating because I'm pregnant and I am worried about mine and my baby's health but doesn't seem like my baby's father cares that much and we have no money to move
