So my husbands baby momma wants to text him and say that her son is sick and needs to go to the doctor and that Medicaid doesn't cover it all and if he could give her money.. but he's out of town so he told her to talk to me about it, I have no problem with helping her son because that's my husbands son also and I love him as if he was my own but we has just sent her 200$ about a week and a half ago and I seen on her Facebook status that she checked in at a drinking place and was drinking!! Like how is it that you have time to drink while your son is sick?

@ltsdiaries, it's not about the money it's just how does she even have time to be out and about while her son is sick? I know I'd be at home taking care of them for damn sure if my kids are sick.. then she won't let us see him if she doesn't get money, besides the fact we get him whenever she needs a babysitter. So it's only when it's convenient for her

and $200 isn't a lot. If you can just write her a check. if he pays child support that's a whole different story, but if he isn't then she could probably get a lot more than $400 if she files

Girl put a stop to that...when i first got with my hubby his BM was the same way...on top of the almost 600 he was paying for child support she always would call him and ask for extra and if he didnt have it shed hold the kids against him...i spoke to him many times about standing his ground. She cant legally keep the kids from him because they have the visitation agreement and thats legally binding. Once he started standing his ground with her and taking the kids when it was his days regardless of what she said, she backed off a bit...mind u she would use the support on the other 3 of her kids or to buy tvs and stuff plus she wouldnt work so when his needed something she had no more, that was the big problem...she took advantage of him for so many years because he would let himself. Talk to him about it mama...dont let her make a fool out of him @dan161,

@ctrejo06, I don't understand how can there be such selfish women, sometimes he lets her get away with it because he wants to see his son and he is always putting his son first aside from our daughter but thanks, i know I'm not the only one that's dealt with these kinds of stuff..just seems very unfair for the poor kid

It definitely is unfair...my daughters father rarely ever pays me child support but i dont go around acting selfish or calling him all the time...im a woman, i got my butt a job and paid for all her needs before i met my husband...some women just like to be cruel...if they have a child support agreement then im sure visitation is included. If she holds his son against him he should call the police and get a report done every time in case u ever need to take it to court theres documentation. It most likely wont go that far because once she sees hes not falling for her bs anymore and involving the authorities shell calm down...it migt get ugly before it gets better but itll get better.
