I put one on my lower back on low/ med heat when I get backed up usually hurts in my back side. as long as it is not increasing your body temp to over 100 degrees and is not directly over your belly I don't see a prob for a few mins

ahhhh @collettdawn4 it worked.. the heat while laying on my left side with my knees bent & a just TOOOTED LIKE A lil train was going by!! Proud Moment ! lmao sorry TMI had to share my excitement!💨💨💨💨🚂
