Any other mommy's out there with milk allergy baby's. Need someone to talk to about what I can do to get more soft foods into my little man's diet. He loves all his baby foods. He loves mashed potatoes and mashed sweet potatoes. He also eats those baby puffs that have no milk in them is there anymore I can do for him or am I doing good. I am a first time more so don't know if I am doing enough for him.

Yep. both my kids are allergic to dairy, I didn't start with food that early so I can't recommend anything as far as that goes. sorry

That along with breastmilk/formula is plenty. Breastmilk/formula is really all they need before age 1 so anything else is extra. I have the same problem with milk allergy but I started solids at 6 months.
