I gained 60lbs while pregnant with my first. DOUBLE what is recommended. It's a miracle I lost all of that weight. I know many ladies who only gained 30lbs and never lost it all. I've been having baby fever, but my daughter is only 18 months old, so, I'm not going to act on that fever just yet! 😅 Just thinking.. I DO NOT want to gain that much weight again. I did regular yoga until I was 20 weeks, and then switched to prenatal yoga until about 30 weeks. And I didn't eat terrible. I'm a vegetarian, and only eat junk food sporadically. So it's not like I was out of shape, and didn't take care of my body. Ugh! I guess my question is, for any of you mom's who have had more than one pregnancy, was your weight gain similar? Different? I know I was able to get my body back the first time, thank the Lord, but what if I can't the next time around! Ughhhh.

My son is gonna be 22 months this month and we are trying for another. With my daughter, who is 11 now, I gained 50 pounds and lost it all fast but when I had her I was 18 so idk if they plays a big part in it and she weighed over 9 pounds...now with my son I gained 72!!! And ate better then I did with her and was is great shape when I got pregnant, but I've only lost 45 of it. I had started working out but since I breastfeed I noticed the more I worked out the more my supply would diminish, so I stopped just so I can reach my goal of nursing for 2 years except I feel miserable about myself. Now that we are trying for our last, I'm so scared I'll gain a ton like before, but I'm hoping I won't. Even thinking about formula feeding after just so I can focus on loosing all the weight finally. I know all women and pregnancies are different so don't be too hard on yourself. But I hope that helps!
