I have had the worst what feels like a runners cramp under my left boob more in my ribs cage all day!! Been drinking water, tried stretching it out... only 2 things I can think it is..

A. Baby (but feels a little high up)

B. Gas pains ... but haven't been Gasey at all today😔

Any tips or adivce bc now going to work on my feet the rest the night ...
