I'm Sorry If This Is A Dumb Question, But Its Been On My Mind... So I Did An OPK On October 29th (The Picture I Posted) Bc I Was Trying To Get Pregnant, &' Wanted To Know When Id Ovulate Bc My Periods Can Be A Little Irregular &' It Was Positive, But I Didn't Have Sex That Day, We Did Two Days Later. However, It Says On The "Glow" App &' My Research That I Ovulated On The 28th... But We Only Had Sex The 24th - 26th Of October &' The 31st &' Also The 1st, 2nd &' 6th Of November... My Due Date Is July 21st... Last Period Was October 14th... I Just Wanna Know Can You Get Pregnant After Ovulation? I Thought You Couldn't... &' Exactly When Did I Conceive?

if you had sex on 24 and 26 the sperm have a chance to live up to 5 days until you ovulated. if it was after, then the ovu date probably incorrect as its always an estimate unless you use a kit or other methods to test. might have conceived end of October

Typically the opk's turn positive when you are gearing up for ovulation... but that does not always mean that it released that very day... I have an odd cycle so sometimes I have a few positive opk's but it's days later before I actually ovulate... the only way to know for sure is by taking your basal body temp... after your temp spikes and stays up... if you did indeed ovulate the 28th it's possible the sperm were still hanging around... and if that's the case chances are it will be a girl! 😏

@kambam, yeah a basal body thermometer has an extra digit, and you take your temp first thing in the morning before you do anything, even sitting up... you record your temp... once it spikes for 3 consecutive days, you know you ovulated the day before the spike... then about 12-14 days after ovulation, you should know if you indeed got pregnant or not!

@mimprince, yeah that's how I knew I was pregnant... I was tracking my bbt... I NEVER ovulate before day 30... so we don't use protection until about day 20 of my cycle... had sex day 14 and 15... sure as shit I ovulated on day 15!! 😅 thought my temp spike was because my daughter woke up in the middle of the night 2 nights in a row... but NOPE! Some how my body decided it was time to get pregnant! 😂 wanted to wait a few more months... but, apparently that's not how it was suppose to go!

it's probably because u had sex the 26th u still can get pregnant even if u didn't have it the day ovulated it's a window period u have I had sex before I ovulated the day of and after so there was no mistaking when I conceived but some pregnancy apps u can put in ur lmp and it will tell u ur conception date and due date

@mimprince, yeah I was diagnosed with PCOS at 16... dumbass doctor told me point blank I'd NEVER have children... got pregnant with my 1st in my 2nd month of tracking... got pregnant this time without 'trying' lol it's amazing how little knowledge is known about PCOS and how many OBGYN's still spout out bad information!
