@lizibear84, she does have eczema on her arms and legs, it could be on the scalp too??

Could definitely be eczema. Try putting some Aquaphor on it 👍🏼

My baby girl had the same thing but in her eyebrows. It came out on her third bath and i put on aveno moisturizing cream and she is wonderful now. I don't know about the cream in the scalp though but it may work.

id say cradle cap or eczema deff. aquafor is amazing I used it on my son who had severe eczema its the only thing that helped
