Just when I start worrying about my little thumb sucker what to expect app reassures me that sucking her thumb is perfectly fine 🙌🏾 I gotta say that she self soothe sssoooo easily Bc of her thumb 😩😩 girl calms herself down real easily lol 😂 my little thumb sucker

my God baby sucks her middle two fingers and her fingernails fell off. we had to stop that quick

My son uses his thumb to self soothe and its great!! Its a lot easier than a pacifier because he can never lose it lol

I know. it was crazy. they still haven't grown back, her sister did the same thing and she only lost one nail. it's weird to see it. The doc is gonna start these treatments to see if they will grow back

No its normal in kids allowed to suck there fingers. but the fact that hers haven't came back is weird. the doc just thinks she has lost them too many times.

I don't think that's normal I've never lost my finger nail n I was a thumb sucker until I was about 14 🙈😳🤔 @beebaby,

We have handouts for parents in my office that says it's normal to lose them and grow back. IDK I never let my kids do it and I didn't so I don't know much about it.
