I didn't know I was pregnant til i was 2 months in. I drunk a whole bottle of wine while listening to my OB and his friend getting high and drunk on beer. The next day I puked my guts out for a whole month and barely could eat. Then a week after the month of misery happened I still couldn't stop upchucking but didn't have a fever and ate more. Then got suspicious and took tests and another at the hospital and confirmed I was pregnant. Doctor said it shouldnt have affected the baby. But just in case they'll do test when the baby is born so I'm not so paranoid. It didn't help me at all when they told me my baby has a hole in the heart that shouldn't be there. But if you want you could request the doctor to do tests and see if anything happened or affected the baby in any way.
