Had to get an epidural injection today due to the fact that my back and hips are so messed up........ The doctor told me to take it easy for the next 48 hours and to try to avoid lifting the baby..... My dr told me the same thing when i had my epidural in my neck. We r moms how r we supposed to not lift for 48 hours
