It's probably implantation bleeding. Or if you're pregnant, bleeding a little bit isn't bad.

Yea but I took pregnancy test the end of December and it was negative. Idk if I'm pregnant because I haven't had a period since November, so idk if I ovulated

I took a pregnancy test November 16. And it was negative.. I started having really bad cramps on my left side but I never started my period, so I looked up some stuff and it said that you can get implantation cramps but only from the side you dropped your egg from. So I took another one on November 18 and yup!! It was positive. So I'd say to try again! Take another one
