can doing a bit too much make your plug fall out? kind of had my groove on and was mad cleaning/nesting and when i went to the loo i lost quite a lot of my plug? no pain or blood and babys still playing away

I can imagine Over doing it can cause you to loose your plug however when i over done it i was 37 weeks n my waters broke instead of loosing plug xx @happychamp16. clear plug can regennerate xx

yes @west94 iv just said that to my boyfriend he was flapping away on the phone iv told him there are no pains or blood and they can regennerate, just wondered if my mad clean on as done it haha x

Im 37 weeks monday @west94 and no i didnt take a pic i knew it was my plug as soon as i saw it x

id call your midwife to let her know just incase you go into premature labour they may want to check you out xx @happychamp16

My plug is still coming out 9 days later.
I wouldn't worry as it can take weeks before labor starts after losing it.
Mine has been bloody too.
If you get contractions or waters break then call hospital x
