My daughter is really sick and after a bottle it makes her cough really bad, so the doctor told me to use less formula (6oz water and 2 scoops of powder instead of 3) , but the ER told me that if I water it down that it could cause seizures because the electrolytes get out of balance.

Has a pediatrician ever told you to water down bottles because it's to thick for her to drink??
