HIIT and weight lifting helps a lot! Also lots of protein to keep you full and help burn muscle which will burn more fat.

cut out most carbs including fruit, nuts, and legumes. Only eat meat protein and vegetables (exclude all starchy ones). Eat small portions often. Works like a champ!
