It's not that I have a problem with my man hanging out with his friends or whatever. I just wish he'd put that much effort in getting me out the house once in a while or just simply planning something for us to do. I don't ask for much I swear I don't. But I feel like once he has a chance to get out he takes advantage and over does it :/

Just however you do try to explain that you just want yalls relationship to be the best it can be. Like you said you don't mind him going out but maybe try to make a date night twice a month where y'all can focus on each other so you don't feel so left out. Or even ask if you can tag along every once in a while so you can get out too. I mean bottom line is if he can't understand where you are coming from then you need to look deeper into the relationship and ask yourself if he's really putting you as one of his priorities.
